Foam-In-Place-Seating (FIPS) Details
The unit of Liquid SunMate is a three-part system containing pretested, premeasured ingredients sufficient to mold one chair seat bottom or one seat back. A total seat molding generally requires two units of Liquid SunMate.
- Liquid SunMate
is available in Soft (pink), Medium (blue) or Semi-Rigid (green) formulations.
- Specify Bag
Pack or Bowl Pack when ordering. Prices are the same for bowl and bag units.
- If a white cushion
is preferred, Liquid SunMate can be ordered without pigment.
- Base cushions
are used when molding FIPS inserts and are purchased separately.
- Bowl Packs are available in 0.33, 0.5, 1, and 1.5 units. Bag Packs are available in 0.5, 1, and 1.5 units. Bulk liquids are also sold by the pound.
- DSI
must have signed verification of FIPS training or a resell agreement on file
before Liquid SunMate will be sold to customers.

FIPS Accessories
The accessories
shown on this price sheet are useful items to have on hand for FIPS pours. Spray
adhesives are necessary for laminating cushion materials, fabric-finishing cushions
and finishing FIPS inserts. It is not the intention of Dynamic Systems, Inc.
to decide which materials or aids are required. Only direct professional consultation
can determine this need competently. DSI has a FIPS Specialist on staff to answer
technical questions about the product and make recommendations.
