SunMate and Pudgee are great for customizing motorcycle seats. While Dynamic Systems doesn't provide full-scale customization services, we do provide materials and information for owners to retrofit their own seats.

Instructions for Using SunMate to Customize a Motorcyle Seat:
We have found through our experience and from riders feedback that retrofitting seats using a SunMate cushion of at least 1/2" thickness of the Firm support pressure works best as a base. (If you are simply adding a layer of SunMate to your existing seat, a 1" thick Medium SunMate cushion will suffice.)
  The second layer of SunMate should be specified for comfort and weight distribution. The weight and comfort level you prefer will determine the thickness and support pressure (Soft, Medium-soft, Medium or Firm). Two or more inches of Medium-soft SunMate layered on top of the 1/2" Firm SunMate base is typical.
  Many riders use 1/2" to 1" of Pudgee as a top layer for superior comfort. Pudgee helps absorb vibration and its gel-like properties move with your body for a smoother ride.
