Durable Velour Slipcovers are available to fit all sizes of SunMate, Pudgee, and Laminar cushions. These removable, washable covers are made from a stretch cotton/synthetic blend velour fabric and are available in a wide variety of colors.

Stretch Knit Fabric is available by the yard for covering FIPS inserts. This fabric is a cotton/synthetic blend and is flexible enough to cover FIPS inserts. Available in black only, this material can be easily waterproofed with a silicone coating.

WATERPROOF FABRICS
Dartex™ Fabric combines a polyurethane transfer coating with a 4-way stretch, weft-knit fabric. Protected against microfungi and bacteria, Dartex™ is completely waterproof and may be machine washed or dry cleaned. Available in Black only. Matte finish.

Dureflex™ Polyurethane Film is a laminate material which provides a clear, flexible, moisture barrier for SunMate cushions and FIPS inserts while improving durability.

FIRE RETARDANT FABRICS
Nomex® is a stretchable, fire-resistant, soft, and durable fabric from DuPont labs. This fabric is useful for SunMate cushions and FIPS inserts which need to pass CAL 117, CAL 133, and FAA fire test specifications.

Fire Barrier Stretch Fabric is a highly flexible, rib knit with four-way stretch. It is woven with modacrylic, fiberglass and polyester fibers that are inherently fire retardant. DSI recommends bonding the fabric to a SunMate or Pudgee cushion using silicone RTV for maximum fire protection. Finish with an attractive slipcover.
