March 23, 2020:

In light of the Covid-19 pandemic’s result in business slow down and school closures, as well as cancellations and postponements of events nationwide, we want to assure you that our manufacturing facility will remain open and fully operational for the foreseeable future.

Several factors make it possible for us to function “per usual”:

  • Our facility is not open to the public,
  • We employ fewer than 20 individuals,
  • Our location is rural with most of our employees living in the immediate surrounding area,
  • To date, our local area has yet to report any known cases of the virus.

In spite of our fortunate status, the health and safety of our employees and visitors remains a priority. We routinely clean and disinfect all frequently-touched surfaces. The very nature of foam manufacture requires our production employees to wear gloves, eye protection and respirators when making foam, and we keep nitrile gloves and face masks in stock at all times.

All full-time employees have paid sick leave, vacation time and flexibility to work from home where possible. And as a small privately-owned company, we can be flexible with our work days, hours, and shifts as required by the circumstance.

As part of our ISO 9001:2015 certification, we have back-ups in place for procedures, equipment, and material procurement. Our production employees are cross-trained and can step up to fill a void when and where needed.

These are just some of the ways we routinely prepare so you can be confident placing your orders with us.

We are following the news and market activity vigilantly, and will keep you apprised should there be any major change to our current operational status. Please check this website, our Twitter or Facebook page for updates.

As always, our goal is to continue to produce the highest quality products with the best customer service possible. If there is anything we can do to assist you with your foam needs, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Thank you,
Andrew Biebinger, Chief Operations Officer
